Track tips, mileage reimbursements and estimated earnings after fuel. Save dated rates, review checkout photos, and keep your saved shifts in sync with iCloud.

Getting started

Set your hourly pay, MPG, mileage reimbursement rate, gas price and week start in Settings. Scan a checkout or enter a shift manually. Check every scanned number before saving; tap the photo to enlarge it.

Switching phones

Enable iCloud sync on both phones using the same Apple account. Keep the app open until sync finishes, then verify your entries. Export a full backup for an independent copy. Unfinished drafts remain on the phone where you started them.

Supported calculations

Version 1.0 uses US dollars, miles and US gallons. Automatic photo recognition supports specific checkout layouts and may require corrections. Manual entry is available. Earnings are estimates before taxes and other vehicle costs; overtime is not calculated.

Your entries, rates, notes, checkout photos and unfinished drafts are stored on your device. Photo text recognition runs on your device using Apple Vision; photos are not sent to an AI service.

If you enable iCloud sync, saved entries, attached photos and settings are stored in your private Apple iCloud database. Apple operates that service under its privacy policy. We do not operate a server that receives your shift records. Unfinished drafts do not sync.

There are no ads, advertising identifiers, tracking tools or third-party analytics SDKs. Apple may provide diagnostics through its platform under your device and testing settings.

Camera access is used only when you choose to photograph a checkout. The photo picker grants access only to photos you select. The app does not request your location or contacts.

You control export and deletion. Exports contain your data and are not password protected. Deleting saved entries propagates through enabled sync; portable backups and local recovery copies retain their previous contents. Small sync deletion markers may remain to prevent old devices restoring deleted entries. Removing the app deletes its local data; separately remove any iCloud or exported copies you no longer want.

If you email support, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond. Avoid sending checkout photos or financial details unless necessary. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence.

We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date identifies the current version.

This support website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Its hosting provider may process technical information needed to serve and secure the site. We have added no advertising or analytics scripts.
